why does every one seam to use the ZD30 air box and not the 4.8 or 4.5ltr air box do the ZD30's flow better or are they just easyer to fit?

more commonly found.
IIRC the zd30 lids flow more then the td42 lids but dunno about the tb48 ones.

I've got a zd30 box in my gq and it goes great guns! Just need to work out how to get a replacement seal for the top of the airbox now...

Ease of mounting, the zd30 airboxes pretty much bolt in. They are rare as hens teeth though.
PatrolDocta in Victoria does a stainless high flow version of nissans zd30 airbox

just about have a 4.5ltr air box fitted just have to hook it up to turbo not to much work.
