i have a 1990 single cab lux and i did a rear disc conver that was easy. u use front discs and calipers from an 'L' series subaru and they already have the hand brake system in the caliper. the only thing i ran into was that the inside diameter of the disc is smalling then the outside of your hub face so it has to be machined down

Get a prado rear diff and you can even bolt in your hilux centre. Adds width, disk brakes and still has the drum handbrake setup inside the disc.

Not full float axles, they have semi float axles.
