Hi guys, i have an old 60 that im currently cleaning up a bit and just as of this week it has been turning itself off after the first start... It has a 2h in it and i have replaced the edic motor relay as the old one was rooted... I also found a cut earth wire that i have fixed up but i cant see any of this being any part of my problem... Any suggestions on what could be causing this would be a great help even if iv already checked over it...

Thanks jamie

If they don't build oil pressure within a certain amount of time e.g. 10 secs the motor switches off. Is getting oil pressure straight away on start up?

x2 on what chunks said

mine did this before the rebuild.

had to rev it a little to bring oil pressure up.
