80 series shocks and coils on a GQ?

hey guys
ive got a bloke whos interested in the 80 series shocks and coils i have for sale but wants them for a GQ
will they fit?

No. The front shocks are the same pin/pin type but the Patrol ones are shorter. all the other parts are different.

There's been more than one GQ on here that has had 80s coils fitted. Standard 80s coils give 2in lift in a GQ, 2in 80s coils give 4in lift etc.

They ar different diameter coils so if you wanted to you could do it but would need to change your spring mounts.

ok these are 4" dobinsons springs and shocks so im guessing it would give a 6 inch
he wants both springs and shocks and the shocks wont fit anyways so back on the market they go

Coil springs at the front will fit on the GQ if you get a die grinder and run it round the inside of the bottom coil, still a tight fit, not recomended.
