what kind of condition is the old girl in?

I'd maybe start by doing a list of things that need done to make it reliable first.
But i guess some 2 inch lifted springs and shocks would be a good start.
How far do you want to go?

The sky is the limit.... & your wallet is ?????

Most things have been done before, even 44"swampers have been fitted up..

As suggested, do the basics first, new spring paks with a 2" lift, add some 2" body/chassis spacers, replace balljoints and tierod ends and shockers.

Personaly ... I'd look for a swap for some 33"s for your 35"s and go from there, the costs involved to run the 35"s are a much bigger financial step over 33"s..... the tyres are the cheap part !!!
