Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hello.

I need some help with my girlfriends 105 cruiser.( FZJ105, Engine 1FZ-FE, Box H151F)

1. What i need to know is would i be able to swap over front and rear diff centers not complete diff from a 100 IFS V8 into a 105 cruiser?

2. What gearbox/transfer case combo would i have to use to put the 4.7 v8 into her 105 cruiser? (the 100 IFS V8 has a manual gearbox)

Any help would be great
