Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Am glad to join this forum

i have a 2010 Nissan Patrol short wheel base

with a 4.5L engine TB45 and am really not satisfied with the engine performance

i need to do some upgrades for it, could some body help with finding some upgrades for my patrol?

any recommendations?

Turbo will do wonders. But the TB45 isnt the best engine to start with. The TB48 is a great place to start for turboing a GU. Also look at 6lt chev engines. Dunno what there like over there, am assuming there cheap.

am trying to find some one who can swap the engine to 4.8L or to a V8...

but i need a new engine of course because my patrol has only 500 KM
