Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi all,
my name is matt im from safety beach victoria and i currently have a 60 series land cruiser with a 6.2 chev diesel.

i got given the car by my dad because he was selling his house and he had no where to put, so i got it.

the problem
at the moment i have so many different things going on in my life and i really wanted to get the car and reshell it because the body is extremely rusted.
but due to so many other things going on i dont think i will have the time do so. im not very mechanically minded and there are alot of things on the car which i have no idea what they are or if i can swap into another car. i am in the middle of deciding on what to do with the car and i dont even know what the car is worth if i do sell it. i have attached a couple of photos of the car but any help would be appricated.

also roughly how many hours would be involved if i did the swap (motor, gearbox and diffs) into another shell, with experianced hands of course

some specs i know of
6.2 chev diesel
5 speed box
airlocker diffs
roll cage (bolt in)
5 point race harnesses
top dog suspenison
all round disc brakes
disc brake hand brake (located on tail shaft)
boot cage
so many other things

please only helpful comments, and yes i know the cars only good for parts

Still having second thoughts about keeping it??
If you need a hand I am more than willing to help you put it together or whatever you decide to do

im not to sure about keeping it because its not really for my needs at the moment. also im wanting to work away from home as soon as possible because of bullshit going on at work. u find me a job over there yet
