I'm after some information on the twin battery set up the new D22 Thai built.
As far as what i have worked out, the system fitted to my str is a twin battery 12volt system & the alternator charges the batteries together.
I want to fit a larger CCA battery to the driver's side and fit a deep cycle to the passenger side with a solenoid between, to run my Anderson plug from.
Dose anyone know how big the Starting battery needs to be for or climate ? CCA rating?
Or does anyone know of another way to set this up in my D22?

D22 2010 thai build duel battery system
Re: D22 2010 thai build duel battery system
There is no tray available for the twin starting battery model D22 mate as far as I know, this is from both Piranha and TJM. Your going to have to run a 3rd battery in your tray if you wish to run a dual battery system, as you will need both batteries to start the truck. Dont isolate the two batteries, you will need a third if you wish to run a fridge or any other accessory for any extended period of time.
