Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey All,

I have a bj42 landcruiser with a 13bt had the car dyno tuned today by JPC performance in thomastown. They done a very good job, drove the car all day went home let it sit for about a hour, when i went to start it it started carrying on wouldn't idle turning off ect. Found air in the system bleed it came all good now its all ok.
I all so have a dual tank set up in it, i have the original under the seat and have a Davies Craig under the back of the tub running on a switch with 2 lines running to the motor on a solarnoid. Do you think that could have something to do with it.

does it idle rough and then die or does it just die after starting?

The rough idle could be air in your fuel system somewhere.. if it dies just after starting it could be the low oil pressure cut off switch.

When I would start it would run rough as soon as I went to accelerate it would die.
Started this morning i's fine it must have had air i'n the system bleed it out last night now it's fine. Just curious to know why it did that.

What tuning did JPC do? what is your setup? results? I have a 13BT and have tuned it myself, once my new turbo gets fitted one day I would like to have it properly tuned.

What sort of power do the 13bt's make I am guessing a tuned on over 100rwhp

My mates 13BT made 77kw at the wheels on 37''s with 4.11 diffs.

What work had he had done.

Totally stock aside from a tune and 3'' system from the dump pipe
