Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Has anyone made their own front bash guard for a current model Hilux?
We have 4 cars at work that need them replaced and I am thinking we might just be able to get some sheet folded and make them ourselves.
Hoping someone might have a pic for a bit of inspiration??
