Hey

My power steering is having a hard time pushing around the 37s, Squeals quite alot when turning or under load.
Current setup it Hilux LN106 running std power steer pump and res. with 80 series box and high steer.
I have already put on a small cooler in front of radiator, prob about 10x6"
I seen somewhere that you can drill out the reservoir to get more fluid flow?
Looking for a bolt on option, maybe a bigger better flowing res or andother pump that will fit?

Cheers Justin

Treps will be hard on the pump due to how much they grip the ground. Ya gunna have to go hydro assist.

Yeah that was on the cards next if i couldnt find a way around it.

I also found this:
http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=10579.0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Its info on tapping the 80series box for hyrdo assist
Near the bottom of the page its got a mod that can be done to the pump.
Anyone tried this? Wondering if it could be done to the pump without any problems...?
Cheers Justin
