Outer Limits 4x4 Board

When putting the foot down it gets to a point and wont go any harder but when i back the throttle off a bit it picks up more revs. Pump overhaul ??. Cheers guyd for any help

Checked that 100% throttle on the pedal is 100% throttle at the pump?
Most 1hz's are not right and do require adjustment.

I would be doing a bit more diagnosis before you simply get the pump recond though, as it could be a waste of money.
