Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi guys

i have a hilux that is unregistered and im thinking of getting it re registered. the bloke i got it off said it was taken of the road for a few things like lift, worn seat belts etc. the other problem is the compliance plate has come off but i have all the details for it on the rego papers.

where would i get a new one from?
