Front Kaiser Locker for Feroza - Possible group order

Hi everyone,

Appologies to people who also read warfs.org -- I've posted most of this stuff over there already.

I'd like to get my hands on the Kaiser Locker automatic locker that ferozamaniac was talking about here (except for the front axle):

http://www.outerlimits4x4.com/viewtopic ... 8&t=220306

The unit is no longer in production and there are no units left in stock, however Kaiser have informed me that if I could gather a group order of 5 to 10 units they would be able to do another run.

The price that I've been quoted is 740 USD and they will ship small orders via UPS to my location (Perth, Australia).

This locker is for the front axle, not the rear (the sales guy said that there's been some confusion about this -- apparently the application list sheet was wrong). I still think this is a good deal, as the front is where most of the weight of the car rests (most of the time). It'll especially help out those (rare?) people like me who feel that removing the swaybar is too great a cost for extra articulation.

From what I've been able to find on forums they are a good design and seem to be getting pretty good feedback on the forums. I've never seen one in use, however if you have, please share your experiences.

Anyway, enough sales pitch. I want one! If anyone is interested in buying one of these please get in touch with me. Comments, questions and suggestions are always welcome!

Cheers!

Whilst i'm not personally interested ( its too late i've gone to the dark side......... ) this sort of $$ for a front locker is GREAT VALUE.

With the age of the Feroza chances to get these later on would frankly be zero... so i'd urge anyone out there who's interested to get on board NOW.

P.S. just keep any eye on freight costs... cast iron is heavy and UPS is expensive.

Hello Calb,

I have ordered one from Vittorio too and he quoted me a
shipping price of US$120 via UPS to the Philippines.
I was given instructions to wait for further notice.
Probably waiting for the orders to reach 10 units.

any news on your end?
