Outer Limits 4x4 Board

heys guys today while out at 4wding i hit a mud puddle and i lost all electrics in the car besides the uhf i mean i lost head deck interior light blinkers and everything as well as brake ligths got it home turned it off then it would not restart ? i heard it clicking so i looked into this box thing next to the battery and this is where the noise was coming from it was a clicking noise ? and was wandering if this could have gotten wet ? i got it working but this is not the first time it has done it either it did it just driving down the road oneday as well bout a month ago ? wat my question is wat is it ? and can it be the cause of my problem ?

Looks like an external relay for the starter motor

that is wat i was thinking ? but how could it be stuffing up now ?

It is the starter motor relay.
It is clicking because thats what it does when power is applied to it!
I woulodcheck the big fuses in the fuse panel next to that. My guess is you have blown the big 60amp one.

sweet mate will check in the morning is it the same fuse pack with the glow relay as well is it ?

I'ts difently the starter realy. and if you blow or damage the 65 amp fuse in the box next to it the realy will still click
but the starter wont work.
Some one may had put a curcuit breaker in the fuse holder. Could be playing up.
That same fuse powers all you ACC Any thing thats on with the key that hasent been powered straight from the batterty EG UHF.
