Bluetooth headset Q (for phone)

Hiya all,
I'm after a bluetooth headset to use with my mobile phone when I'm in the car. I think the most common brands are Plantronics and BlueAnt.
Does anyone use these headsets? Are they worth the $$$? IS there another brand I should look at too? I'm not up for spending mega $$$ on an all-singing all-dancing version just something with decent battery life and audio clarity.
