The guy that lives around the corner has come to me asking where to get diff gears , lockers and stronger cvs/axils for his patrol.

He has a 95 GQ with 6" lift 1" body and a little work with the hammer. (she is a BIG girl)

Well I have never had anything to do with anything nissan so I figured I would ask the OL gods. I have only ever messed around with toyota and Suzi stuff so I have no idea where to start.

Looked at some of my normal websites but couldn't find anything.

He is running 37s with a welded front diff. He has broken 3 cvs now and want to upgrade. He is also wanting to change the diff ratios. Then Airlocks.

Is there any gear sets like for Toyota? 5.29, 4.88 ......
Do they make longfeilds for them?

Any websites ro contacts would be great thanks

fook $1950 for a pair of cals , i would rather put out lit cigarettes on my knob than
pay that for cvs that still break .

gu front end is cheaper and stronger .

Cals CV's for a GQ are stronger than GU std from previouse axle threads.
37's and a std welded GQ front will smash CV's easy.
Time to be gentle on the throttle and piss off the welded front. Cal cvs and a bit of throttle control should make the should be ok with 37's.

GU front diff, air locker and 4.6 diff gears are perfect! You only smash GU's from being silly! NTN cv's last quite a while before they get noisey on 37s.
Other choice is YURI heated treated
