thanks for that i never realised that an engineers is like a road worthy and only last 30 days or no more than 1000km of travel

engineers certificates last the life of the car AFAIK.
Mrs got one with her hilux 2wd when she bought it and its a few years old.Police have checked it and all was good same when she got a blue slip

Should be more then enough to get you on the road at least. As for the following years registration I have no idea if it requires compliance again. After all I'm just a dumb New South Welshmen hehe.
