Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Well My dad replaced both o rings on the injector pump , the lower ones on each side of the pump. Did not adjust anything . Now it pops and splutters at 3 n a half and low power under load. Any hlp would be great.

Check your pump timing, let it run for a while and bleed any air out, he didn't adjust the screw or move it that sits in one of the side covers did he?

Put the bellows back on, it helps lose inlet noise.

hey thanks. Cause I posted this in a ruch . I left some valuable info out. Dad checked the timing 2wice and Me n dad yesterday both triple checked it. also we definately did not fark with the adjusting screw on the side plate. but just to be sure ,we marked where it was and adjusted it just in case it was modified but to no avail. also to unlock it we needed a bar on the allen key! so it definitely couldn't have been it.

hey mate, i had the exact same issue on my 2L. identical sound and missfire/ splutter. turned out i had a heap of water and dirt in my fueltank from fueltank breather being broken off. after cleaning fueltank, lines and replacing fuel filter it came good. i suggest start there maybe? fuel filters are cheap and just drop some fuel outta ya tank n check condition? hope this helps
