Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey all, just thought I'd post up a neat little trick I tried today to get a td42 running with a dead stop solanoid. If ur engines cranking but only fresh air pumping out the exhaust it's quite possibly the stop solenoid playing up. Easy fix to get ya home or to a parts shop, remove the return hose above the solenoid, disconnect the power wire to the top, remove the solenoid with a 24mm spanner carefully remove the plunger and spring and put the solenoid back in. Engine will start but you will have to stall it in gear to stop it. But it might get u out
Of trouble one day. Just thought I'd put it out there.
