Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Evening all,
I was reading a thread in here the other day about a guy in sydney who was modifying torque converter so that under decelleration they would provide compresion breaking. I cant find the thread now but i was wondering if the was any more informatin on this topic. Im interested in finding out how the rangie "guiena pig" went.
