Outer Limits 4x4 Board

G'day all. I have had my gq for few years now, 2 of my mates have the Same problem. You have to glow it about 3 times to get it to start. When glowing you can hear three clicks. Those clicks I don't believe were existent before hand. When it starts it runs like a bag of shit like it's missing. Until you give it a few good revs. It's not the glow plugs they are new. I have new injector pump new injectors new motor and recently tuned. The problem still remains.
I am thinking it may be the little green box down in kick panel on drivers side. I also heard that after glowing and starting motor,, your glow plugs continue glowing for period of time.. Is this true?

Watch the volt gauge. Watching it while glowing. When the light goes out, it will go up. Then 5seconds or something like that it will bump up again.

Not sure what it does. If it just drops them to half power. Or if it turns half of them off.
