Diff idea

Gu vac locker change from 4.11 to 4.375 and widen the housing and fit Gu axles?????? Vuala Gu vac locker
Any reasons why this physically would not work

What do you mean widen the housing to take GU axles? Are you talking about widening a GQ locker housing or something?
Why not just use a GU locker housing?

Ti spec GU's had them up until around 2007 or so, then they dropped them as an option and had LSD only (for the Aussie market atleast) Better off with an Air locker anyway.

They are stronger. Vacuum lockers are prone to breaking when driven hard or with massive tyres. That said, I never broke mine with 35's but I didn't treat it rough either. I got some GU diffs for the right price so I sold my vac locker to buy an air locker for the rear (GU H260). I'm hoping it will show up tomorrow, I've waited over 2 weeks for it so far.
