Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Anyone else experienced this. After rain, noticed that the seat belt on drivers side - centre row seat is wringing wet when you pull it out. It's a 1990 model 80 series. Seem to recall when my father had an early 80 as well, he had the same problem. It's only on that side, same belt

Is it a common fault or coincidence?
