Guys im coming over to brisbane next week to fit a fuel pump for ( moddedgu) and see if we can sort out his engine dramas.
Anyway NorthSide4X4 has offered for us to use his dyno while im there. Im sure he is busy but has offered to fit us in.
Maybe Lindsay can organise a night at the shop for people interested and we can have a chat about different power options and get some facts together.
Will be good to catch up with him and go over some options ...

Matt,
Cheers for all your help, greatly appreciate all of it. Be good to have a weekend of not actually working on this and go away wheeling.
An info night would be great idea if it can be organised.

Hey Tye, fitted the pump up this morning and it has made a huge difference , but couldn't get any sense out of the 2871 so ive binned it and fitted a TD05 18G at same boost and just doing a quick roady and the thing farkin flies compared to the 2871 and it's not tuned! Hoping to get on Northsides dyno tomorrow
Also dropped 150 degrees of EGT's at same tune state same boost.

The more bad results I hear from the 2871 the better.
Its no good on a td42 any way you look at it.

Ok small update, dynoed today at Northside4X4 managed 135rwkw with good afrs uptop, reasonably muddy down low!! We believe there is still issues with the cam so I believe the customer is removing it and fitting a STD one.
Anyway the drivability now compared to the 2871 isn't even comparable!
The airbox was also a huge restriction, we picked up almost 10points of afr by removing it , so that will need to be sorted as well.
Thanks to Lindsay for his time today!

While I realise that this is NOT how you want it to work, can you post up the dyno results and afr info etc... basically everything that has shown up in this/these runs so I and maybe others who are interested, can see what's happening....

i was speaking to a guy from a turbo supply shop where he said that he supplied him with 2871's that he then modified.
