fixing bodgey spotlight wiring info needed

So we got a gq patrol with a set of 7 inch spotties which are about half as bright as the normal highbeams. Looking at the wiring and wanting to put bigger / better spotties on the wiring needs upgrading.

What I need to know is basically the wire to the switch in dash it doesn't really matter how thin it is does it as long as earth, battery +, + feed from relay and earth on spotties are upgraded to decent sized wires to handle the spotties 100 watt output. The wires are good just way too small to supply the power needed.

Correct, the wire from the dash to the relay could be tiny and still do the job, but the wires from battery->relay->spotlights need to be decent.

Correst as Chimpy said. It's a trigger wire so won't 'draw any load' as such
