Patrol clutch question

I have a mq patrol with sd33 desiel motor .I am changing over to sd33t turbo desiel .Sd33 clutch is 240mm sd33t is 275 is this 275mm same as gq or could i swap flywheels and use 240mm clutch .What would be the repercusions as i have 2 flywheels and 2 spare clutches.

for people who want to know or to put in your memory bank GQ patrol clutch (275)diamater is exactlly same part number as MQ turbo desiel SD33T so problem solved

Ive heard that the GQ and GU clutch with the TD42 are also the same havent looked at the dimensions or compared the two its just what ive heard,so does anyone no the true facts whether they are the same or not
