Does the 4 link calculator work the same for front suspension?
And what does everyone think is best for link material chromo or alloy? And what the price difference?

mate chromo is a alloy. any form of steel that is not standard is then classed as a alloy

Was a really good tech thread on pirate about 7075 Vs 6061 Vs 4130 and heat treated 4130. There are a few companies in the states making heat treated links at prices comparable to solid 7075, I'll see if I can dig up a link to the thread.
I gather this rig is going to see a little go fast action once it's re linked with coil overs maybe ?
I don't have any real world experience with either just done research for a little secret squirrel project of my own and I've seen several 7075 links crack on the threaded section where they neck down, could have just been loose jam nuts but seems to be common on a few ultra4 buggies.
Is the solid 7075 attractive because you can machine it up your self? If so sign me up for a set as well
