Fj75 series thermo fans

I have just recently installed a Supercheap Calibre 16inch thermo fan to my cruiser.
(I have 2 Lightforce 240 infront of my grill, and sitting through stop start traffic is not a problem)
It also has a brand new radiator in it.
The Drama is I can't go Highway driving for long , Doing 110k's on the highway for about 20mins, and I have to pull over to let the thing cool down, so I took my spotties off, and all good doesn't over heat I can do 120-130 down the high and no worry's With the spotlights back on, I installed a 2nd thermo fan to the front side of my radiator to suck through air my spotties might have been blocking ( so I have 1 thermo forcing air through the radiator on the front side and the other sucking it through in the engine bay) and that didn't fix it back to a limited range, I have the control setting on very low so the thermos are kicked in constant when the car is running).
The original fan worked good but took too much power and I wanted to increase my fuel economy
what can I do here? other than going back to the original clutch fan? or leaving my spotties off?
