king are an industry leader in shocks. seeing as though you are looking for them in the states, Im going to assume you are talking to Sonny and the team at Downsouthmotorsport.com
The downsouth guys are the ones you want to talk too, they have been dealing with alot of shocks for aussie cars now and have sorted the valving pretty damn well. they sell the bolt in shocks for patrols, cruisers, hiluxs, FJs etc. now and will happily change the valving for you if you know a better way to go about it.

I have bought 4 pairs of shocks from them now and they are just getting better and better. i really couldnt be happier with any other business, they have to be one of the best to deal with companies ever.

I ordered/paid on wednesday and the shocks were at my door via UPS the following thursday, custom valved and packed by KING themselves.

Email sonny and he WILL get back to you before any other australian company I have personally dealt with online. and the price is excellent too.

P.S. after looking at the FOAs up close i decided not to go that way, i figured you get what you pay for and after seeing the kings against my fox 2.0s and some 2.5 FOAs the choice is clear, the kings are shock porn.
