running 2 different tread patterns

What are peoples thoughts on running 2 different tread patterns.

As I have 3 Wrangler MTR's of the old tread pattern, so anything new is going to be a different pattern. So I am thinking about just getting 2 more Coopers.

On the other hand if someone has 2 Wrangler MTR's they want to let go, let me know.

I have a part time kit in the 100s so wind up will only be an issue if on a high traction surface and 4wd is engaged.

Just looking for other peoples thoughts.

Can't see a problem if you have the part time kit. Check the tyre manufacturers website's re actual rolling diameters as well.

I'm running MTZ's rear and ATZ's front and can't say as I've noticed any problems. As long as they're same size/profile it shouldn't matter

Can cause issues on smaller vehicles with diagonal braking circuits, or high performance vehicles...

A 4x4 shouldn't "handle" anyway, so its irrelevant. Wind up is an issue on any 'high traction' surface with a transfer case engaged - as soon as you turn a corner...

Hell, I've Seen 32" rears and 31" fronts done - the only issue was the 0.5" drop in ride height :P
