Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hay guys. i resantly baught a transfer for my gq 42td. its a menual. but the transfer i baught was of an auto. the guys at the shop sed i would fit but they looked a little unshore at the same time. so are all transfers the same. thank you

They are the same transfer case mate.

The difference is when you get a case from a RD2.8 t or a RB30 which have a different gear cover with a oil lip
protruding out towards the gear box which can be swapped over with a gear cover from a 4.2 td case if need be

But in short yes a 4.2td auto transfer case will bolt up to a 4.2td manuel gear box .
