Outer Limits 4x4 Board

just quickly! are these any good for a 12 000p warn winch? or am i better off buying 4 new of the older type? or maybe is there a better one than this?

1 thing i know is that they are NOT waterproof like they advertise , i had one on the back of a tow truck and 3 months after fitting it it stopped working it was full of water and its not like it gets submerged in water that was just from rain
