Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi guys a noob question I know but my FIL wants help with his D22.

With 2" suspension lift only, can we fit 31" x 10.5" tires on 8" wide rims and what offset is required?

youll fit them easily. Around 0 offset i think keeps them flush with the flares, but still allows the rim to clear the caliper. Might have to trim the front mudflaps depending on offset.
