Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i saw this creeper joint shackle mounts on TG and was wondering if you or someone you know have ever used them?
are they any good?
bad points?
would they increase flex by much?
would they unload on angles or when cornering
they look worth wild for only 83 bucks, i placing a big order with them soon and was seeing what else they had
