Does anybody know a good place to get a tb42 head crack tested and repaired in north Brisbane ?

Northside cylinder head specialist in Geebung did a great job on my TB42 head. Price was the cheapest around as well.

You probly need to do a hardness test on the head as they get soft with overheating and check how staight it is.
