Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all, can anyone tell me if an rb30 5 speed will bolt up to an rd28

if the gearbox your talking about is a patrol rb30 5speed then yes it will, both the rd28 and rb30s use the FS5R30A 5speed gear box, you can also use the insides out of a R33 GTR skyline, as it also used the FS5R30A but with a different rear case. (because the patrol has a different transfer case i think? but not 100% sure)
if you want to build a tough as nails 5speed then you can use PPG straight cut gear sets with sincros or dog engagement.
heaps of gear sets are available for this particular gearbox, its alot stronger than people give it credit for.
