Hilux won't start

Hey guys been having a bit of trouble starting my Hilux I got an engine conversion about 6 months and it kinda started there. It wouldnt turn over and just made a 'tick' noise
If its a rapid ticking your starter motors gone / not wired right / not earthed properly.
If its a single click could be a fishy starter relay starter solenoid or insufficient earth on battery. Assuming you have checked battery voltage and its above 10.5 volt it should start.
