Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone knows the pressure a gu vacuum locker needs to activate?

Atmospheric pressure is 14.7psi so somewhere between there and maybe -12.0psi. Bung a boost gauge on a standard 4.2 patrol vacuum system and see.
