As the title suggests,
I need a new idler pulley fabed up as the one I have now has been worn down. It was part of the sprintex supercharger kit but they no longer sell/ Make them. I will be heading down in December so I was looking at taking it with me and having it reverse engineered and a new one made up. Can anyone recommend a Fab shop that would be able to do this or should I try a bearing shop?
Cheers for your thoughts.

I've used Smart Engineering at Archerfield for work stuff a couple of time to do exactly this, remachine keyways etc. Work has always been spot on.

What sort of hourly rate did they charge? Close to where I will be so I might stop in and have a chat.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions fellas. I just spoke with Greg from Bullet cars and he sugested that I take the Rosta tensioner arm and pulley to CBC and they should be able to help me out. Rosta arm died when it was comming out
. So its back to N/A for a while until I get to Brisbane. If I have no luck at CBC I will call the places that you have named. Time for a beer
then back to skinning knuckles getting a stripped bolt out
.

I used Zenith Engineering in Milton to make a bigger diameter alternator pulley for me, they only charged $160 and it was good work
