Does anyone know where I could get a long range fuel tank for a NL SWB pajero and what capacity is available. I'm guessing any NH-NL SWB long range tank will fit.

I have a long range tank from Brown Davis.

In standard form, to suit stock NH/NJ, it's a massive 105 litres.

I installed my body lift (50mm) so I could have the tank made taller - so I ended up with 120 litres, and have since bashed it back a few litres.

Your NL should have more space available in standard form (30 or 35mm - can't remember exactly) so you could end up with maybe 115 litres; if you throw in a 50mm bodylift, you might be able to squeeze in 130 litres or so.

Sounds like what I am after, what did that end up costing for the custom size? How low does the fuel tank hang and does it have a bash guard? Photo would be great!

From memory, it was a little over $1000 back in 2004. I also asked for a double skin on the bottom, which they claim is better than a "guard", as a guard can trap stones against the tank and lead to perforations. I have NFI if they did the double skin, but it's no longer anything like flat, and hasn't started leaking yet.

In terms of hanging, it hangs about as low as the rear axle tube on my vehicle. It hasn't affected the departure angle (ignoring the tow bar).
