I've recently seen big bore RidePro ROX installed on an Effie, the owner seemed quite pleased with them, used for towing and touring.

go the kings... they are the shit, but you probably wont need to bypasses for an everyday use car. if you get sonny to valve them to suit an effie a set of smoothies should do an awsome job.. the bypasses would look pimp though

Am i missing somthing here but has nothing been mentioned on what you are trying to achieve with your vehicle, ? its fine saying go kings but we don't even no anything about the truck, the lift, suspension, or what the guy is driving?, its easy spending someone else's money and saying go the most expensive ! a bit more info and hopefully you will get the right answer, maybe it is kings but on the same conversation if you are not driving it over the top you may not need to spend that much coin.

unless your racing do you really need bypass??? even remote res will be a huge improvement. For stock original fitment I would look at koni Raid or Bilstein. If bilstein, get onto Bilstein USA and they will sort something in the 7100 or 9100 range

He has a members thread for his effy which has all the details of the rig. and everyone has said dont bother with bypasses which are twice the price of a remote res and still half the price (from the us) of koni 90 series.

i run 2.5 king smoothies on my 79 series as a daily driver and everyone who has been in it has said it is the best riding and handling cruiser ute they have been in. going from efs elites to fox 2.0s was awsome and going from 2.0 fox to 2.5 king was the same again, i highly recomend it.

i got the patrol "bolt in" shocks on the front and got a set of 10" for the rear and have pressed out the heims and got a mate to turn up some urethane bushes for the rear, cost less than it would cost for the front shocks here in australia.

downsouth will do a pair of 2.5s for under $900 delivered to your door.
