New Disco owner, few Q's

Ok, finally bit the bullet and ditched the missus's VS Commodore for a '95 V8/auto Disco. Sort of a swap thing, and since the VS owed me (and was worth) very little, i think i done ok........for now
After less than a day of ownership, i now have a nice list of 'must do's' ie dud vac advance unit, springs for door locks, leaking timing case seal, leaking power steer hose and a rear dimister switch that turns the radio off and the wipers on
Its currantly fitted with 235/70R16 HT's on 16x17 Performance alloys (pos 26). These are getting pretty low and was thinking 245/75R16 AT's. I assume a little trimming here and there may be necessary???
Front springs appear a little sagged, so any sugestions for a reasonable quality spring/shock combo for a 40-50mm lift?????? Anything else that has to be done for this lift, caster correction?
It bare on the front atm, but will cop a either a homemade tube front bar or a aftermarket steel unit if one pops up at the right price. Rear will get homemade draws and a fridge. Will carry a modest amount of camping gear regulary, enough for 2-3 people for 1-7 days.
Headers and decent exhaust? Much differance to the fuel economy?
Cheer
