Good engineer around Melbourne Vic?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows a good engineer in the Melbourne Vic area?
Still waiting on the machining guy at the moment but once I get it all back I will be putting it all back together then off to the engineer,
Is it possible to engineer a 3" body lift?
& I dought 37"s would pass?
Or has anyone passed a 4wd with this?
