Are the OME LTR shocks any good? Very pricey but if they are as good as ARB salesman sayes could be good investment.

OME have a good name in product.. I'm 99% sure that they will replace my ranchos. Warranty replacement all over aussie IF required..
What price did you get on them, and what lift do you have??

The longest LTR's they have are only good for 50mm lift and I was quoted $404.00 each. I don't know if they have longer LTR's for say a cruser that could be used on a higher lift but am trying to find out. Why are OME going to replace your rancho's, I dint think ARB sold Rancho.

LT'R's are the same length as normal OME Nitrochargers. They are just a better shock that is rebuildable and gas pressure adjustable. The extra oil, capacity makes them better for extended use (abuse) cost $$$$$$$
The competition rated shocks are the L series. These are longer again than Nitrochargers.

Bazzle, are the standard LT shocks LTR and the Comp shocks LTL or have I got it wrong? Is it possible to get a LT shock suitable for a 4" lift coil on a SWB GQ?

I have sent an email; to arb asking if they can provide the specs for all the LTR shocks ie compressed and extended lengths, if they get the information to me I will post it.

Go into an ARB store and get a photo copy of shock lengths from the green Old Man Emu book.
Some of these lenghts were posted on here 3 weeks back.
