MQ/MK locking hubs to GU/GQ

Needing to know if i can put manual locking hubs from an mq/mk patrol onto a gu diff need to kno ASAP plz

Why would you want to....they are weaker.
I know the GQ hubs will work on an MQ/MK if you leave the snap ring off but I don't know if the opposite will work.

Different splines
Gq can't go on mq Ian different spline and size. The hub will bolt to the housing but only without internals

all good guys just wanted a quick fix to get me wheeling for a day but ended up getting gu hubs cheers guys

I am sure we are on the same page just not speaking the same language!
You take the outer GQ CV stub axle and fit it to the inner CV MQ/MK axle. You then bolt on GQ hubs and leave out the snap ring. Done deal. I got a front MQ/MK C200 sitting here with the mod done to it.
