Best all round suspension for a 60

Basically copying the 80 series thread
I'm sick of my 60 just sitting around and not doing anything to it, I want to start making it better off and on road and I think I best start with the suspension.
I've got 1" anti-inversion shackles at the moment, but the springs and shocks are pretty much shagged, it's a heavy truck with front and rear bars, 3/4 roof rack and dual batts, and mostly used for touring but when I go 4wding I do like to push it hard.... so basically I want it all, springs that won't sag quickly but still offer good flex.
I'm looking at 2" lift in the springs, and still using the shackles to give me that extra bit of lift, and to make sure they don't invert. At the moment I'm thinking rockcrawler springs, but that's just because nothing else has really caught my attention. So can anyone point me in the right direction on what brand and where to buy them? Also interested in parabolics but it's been really hard to find any current info on them.

I think you'll find EFS, Dobinson or Old Man Emu will do the trick. Have a chat with a suspension mob about what you have on ya 60 and they'll point you in the right direction.

I've got EFS in the rear of my middy, they are the heaviest/highest ones they make, I have added overload leaves and a extra normal leaf to each rear pack, they flex pretty damn well but have sagged a little over the last 2-3 years probably lost 1/2''-3/4'' height which doesnt worry me.

If money wasn't an issue I would get Dobinson's to make up some 3" springs (thus eliminating extended shackles) that are about 3 inches longer than standard to get a great ride and heaps more down travel from the much improved shackle angle.
Although my EFS springs have been great to me and for cost I would go them again and just remove a leaf or two and just take the swaybars out for weekend wheeling.
Can't go past Lovell's shocks, put on a new steering dampner while you there and it will drive like new.

Thanks for the replies.
I was kinda hoping to get a couple, definative, "get this brand they are awesome" kinda replies
Sounds like they are all pretty decent at least?
3" springs sounds good, I'm just paranoid about them inverting again but I guess that won't happen with aftermarket springs?
Going to ring dobinsons when I get a chance, but their catalogue only has 45mm springs, just under 2"s.... and size matters to me. Wouldn't mind being able to fit 35's late down the track for weekend fun.

Dobinson's will make anything you want. They might want your measurements though. Otherwise you could end up with a shit shackle angle. I think off the shelf dobinson's where $520 a pair vs $350 for efs
Edit 2" body 2" springs and some extended shackles will fit 35's. I'm not sure a 3" kit alone will.

My reasoning is, I have 33"s at the moment, with saggy stock suspension, and only 1" shackles in the rear. Only get a bit of scrubbing at the rear with flexing. So I'm thinking 3" should clear it. But it's not a definate plan anyway more a case of if I'm fitting lifted springs anyways, i'd like 35"s as an option later.

I had as above and it still touched with 35s but not enough to worry about. Mine touched in the front. Where on the rear are you scrubbing???

Just the inside of the wheel arch in the rear. Front is fine even at full lock.

Just above the chassis rail on the inside?

Yeah, just had a look, and prolly 2-3 inches from the bottom up are nice and polished

Suspension lift doesnt help with tyre clearance, when your all crossed up with the tyre stuffed and on the bump stops lift does not matter.

True, but if's lifted the rut etc will nedd to be bigger to flex it out to the bump stop.
