Landcruiser 100 - 2'' lift to 3''

Currently running a 2'' lift in my 100 series (2'' dobinson coils, efs elite shocks, Mickey T ATZ's) & looking to change to a 3'' lift.

Was planning to use 30mm coil spacers, upgrade the shocks (unsure whether to stick with EFS) & do a castor correction but am unsure what else i should upgrade in the process.

If anyone can recommend from experience what else i should upgrade that would be great, or even if not from experience any help would be appreciated.

Ifs or.solid axle. If its ifs I'd keep the 2 inch and spend.the money on decent network and lockers instead.

The way he is talking id say full coils. Meaning its not a 100 series, its a 105. Hate it when people keep getting it wrong.

why do you want the extra 1" lift?

I have 2" lift in my 105series, decent sliders now and lockers, the places I can't go, an extra 1" lift wouldn't help.

Id save your $$ and fit lockers

I'd say that its currently running castor bushes to get the castor somewhere back in the ball park..

U could go the extra inch and just put up with the wandering, but for me I would put a set of castor plates in it if its a true 3", (obviously get rid of the offset bushes).

U should probably be looking also at putting some adj panhards in it also. but u could get away without them if u wanted.

The purpose of the lift was for a little more clearance & a bit more flex. Was going to replace the 2'' shocks with 4'' & just use the coil spacers. I dont want to go a 4'' or 6'' lift, car becomes a bit impraticle & dont have $$$ to spend.

Should probably already know, but what is the purpose of the panhard rods & what are there advantages?

they locate the diff under the car side to side basically, im sure other experts will give you more info but thats the basics

Yeah, like shorty said. If you stick with the stock ones, the diff will be pulled slightly to the side where the Panhard is attached to the frame.

The height and angle also determines the cars roll centre.
