Stripped roofrail threads Fix????

I have recently purchased a 120 series prado and have gone to fit a roofrack only to find 3 stripped threads. Anyone got any ideas on a fix???

I'm not familiar with the Prado setup but maybe you could drill them out and fit nutserts.
Check em out on Ebay or good tool shops.
